HOA Maintenance

Please remember that HOA owners are responsible for all interior appliances, this includes furnaces, waterheaters, toilets, faucets, and fixtures. This also includes shower stalls. Once stalls begin leaking, owner's are responsible for replacement. It's recommended that licensed contractors be used for such uses.

Non-emergency

The HOA covers common ground, generally including exterior lights, landscaping, roofs, fences, exterior balconies (except balcony/backyard landscaping).
